Proposal for ultra-high precision diaphragm chucks to address customer high-end processing needs.
It supports dedicated design workpiece seating detection and through-coolant (air), satisfying geometric tolerances such as roundness, coaxiality, and flatness. There are QC jaws with exchange precision in the micron range, enabling reduced setup time and high-precision machining on the user side. Due to its structure, the drive components are shielded within the chuck, providing high airtightness, and it is widely used in grinding machines.
